Each month I offer an accountability group to 5 ladies interested in working to reach their goals. The group is built to motivate and encourage each member while also helping us stay accountable to one another. Group membership is free, but because I only allow 5 members space is limited. Amanda asked me to do a cleanse with her and introduced me to Shakeology. Best thing that ever happened to me. I did the cleanse and did well! Then, Amanda said, “Hey! Come meet Misty Gatlin and do a dance class with us. Misty was wonderful, and Amanda was gracious enough to open her home for us girls. We had a blast! I joined Misty’s accountability group, OPERATION GLUTES, as a result of the in-person proof I saw with Misty and Amanda. And here I am… five months later. I’m smaller, leaner, and much happier. I can look in the mirror now and see past the stretch marks. I see a mother, a wife, and a sister. BUT MOST OF ALL, I SEE ME. I see a woman who is making steps to better herself and to feed her body and her faith with fuel that is meant for living not for indulgence.
